    The History of UnitedCleaning.com

    In the Beginning ...1994
That summer UnitedCleaning.com founder Joe Peluso, was employed at Herb Chambers, a reputable local car dealership, reconditioning cars as well as working a second job cleaning offices at night. Joe got a private request from a friend to recondition her car hoping that it   would increase the resale value. Joe agreed to recondition the vehicle and returned the car to her looking like the day she bought it. She was  so happy with the reconditioning service of her old vehicle, she kept the car for three more years. She was more than happy to tell others how she got her vehicle to look like new and before you knew it, Joe had his own growing list of reconditioning clients . By early fall with a growing list, Joe had left Herb Chambers and continued on his path of building a small but strong business and still found time and kept his evening office cleaning job.

United Cleaning Systems is Born....By years end 1994, Joe started thinking on how to expand his vehicle reconditioning business and    possibly steer it in new directions. One evening while office cleaning, Joe made the decision to look into picking up his own office cleaning clients under the name "United Cleaning Systems". Through his efforts, he was able to earn the trust of one company that led him to devise a company that combined both the automobile reconditioning and office cleaning, “The hardest customer to get is the first,” quoted Joe Peluso.

A name change and a face lift....By 1999, United Cleaning Systems had grown in to a solid and reputable nimble business which reflected the local economy in Greater Boston at that time. Given the growth and opportunities a bound, Joe did not want to get his business confused with local growing technology companies, however he wanted to still grow the business in new directions, using technology to better advertise and market the business. Joe decided to change the name from United Cleaning Systems to United Cleaning Service. Also during this time, Joe decided to dissolve the Vehicle Reconditioning business to solely focus on a Facility / Office Cleaning leaving only one more decision, using technology to advertise the business.

United Cleaning, the 21st century....By early 2001, after much thought, Joe had purchased and began the development of the internet domain name www.unitedcleaning.com. In an attempt to stay ahead of the pack, he decided to change the company’s official name to UnitedCleaning.com. In the spring of 2004, the site has been redeveloped to better fit changing times. By late 2005 and early 2006, a second and more robust version of the site was developed in the attempt to make it more user nimble and user friendly, thus standing by our motto, "A Satisfied Customer is our best investment”
